Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to sample products purchased through WITPAX.com.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days after the sample order is delivered.
Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, the sample product should be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
Customers may request a return for both defective and non-defective sample products, including situations where the customer changes their mind after receiving the sample.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Samples
If the sample product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or other supporting information.
After reviewing the issue, WITPAX may offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution. For approved returns caused by damage, defect, or an incorrect shipment, WITPAX will cover reasonable return shipping or replacement shipping arrangements where applicable.
Returns for Change of Mind
If the customer is not satisfied with the sample or changes their mind, the customer may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any carrier, customs, or handling fees related to sending the sample back to us. Original shipping, logistics, delivery, carrier handling, or COD collection fees are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a defective, damaged, or incorrect sample.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@witpax.com before sending any sample product back.
Please include the following information in your return request:
– Order number or checkout confirmation details
– Customer name, email address, and delivery address
– Reason for the return
– Photos of the product and packaging if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
We will review the request and provide return instructions if the return is approved. Please do not send any product back without return instructions from WITPAX.
Refunds
Because sample orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, a refund applies only when the customer has already paid the COD amount to the local courier, logistics provider, or receiving party at delivery.
After we receive and inspect the returned sample, we will notify the customer whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Where available, refunds will be issued through the original collection or payment channel. If that is not available, WITPAX and the customer may agree on another reasonable refund method.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds may be refused in the following situations:
– The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
– The sample product has been used, altered, intentionally damaged, or is not in returnable condition.
– The customer sends the product back without prior return approval or return instructions.
– The customer cannot provide order or checkout information that allows us to verify the sample order.
– The customer refuses delivery or does not pay the COD amount at delivery. In this case, no payment has been completed and no refund is due.
Exchanges and Replacements
We do not provide automatic exchanges for sample orders. If a sample is defective, damaged, or incorrect, WITPAX may provide a replacement after reviewing and approving the request.
