This Shipping Policy applies to sample products purchased through WITPAX.com.
How Sample Orders Work
Customers may place a sample order by selecting the sample product they want, entering the required shipping information, and completing checkout on WITPAX.com.
No payment is collected at checkout. After we receive the checkout information, we prepare the sample order and arrange shipment to the address provided by the customer.
Cash on Delivery Payment
All sample orders are shipped using Cash on Delivery (COD). This means the customer does not pay online at the time of checkout.
When the sample order is delivered, the customer pays the sample product price plus applicable shipping, delivery, logistics, carrier handling, or collection fees to the local courier, logistics provider, or receiving party. The local receiving party then transfers the collected payment to WITPAX.
We do not collect credit card numbers or other online payment details during checkout for sample orders.
Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping for sample orders where local delivery and Cash on Delivery collection are supported by the available courier or logistics provider.
If COD collection or delivery is not available for your destination, we may contact you before shipment to confirm available options or cancel the sample order at no charge.
Order Processing Time
Sample orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the completed checkout information.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and days when courier pickup is unavailable.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination country or region, local courier availability, customs processing, and other logistics conditions.
Most international sample shipments are delivered within 7-15 business days after the package is handed to the carrier. Delivery may take longer for remote areas, customs checks, severe weather, local service interruptions, or other conditions outside our control.
Shipping Costs and Fees
The amount payable on delivery may include the sample product price and applicable shipping-related charges, such as delivery fees, logistics fees, carrier handling fees, collection fees, and any other carrier-related charges required to deliver the sample order.
Where available, the payable amount will be shown during checkout or confirmed in the order confirmation before shipment. Customers should review the payable amount before accepting delivery and making payment to the local receiving party.
Order Confirmation
After a customer completes checkout, WITPAX will receive the sample order information. We may send an order confirmation and, where available, estimated delivery information or tracking details.
Please make sure the shipping address, phone number, email address, and recipient details are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may delay shipment or prevent delivery.
Delivery and Refused Shipments
The customer is responsible for being available to receive the package and pay the Cash on Delivery amount to the local courier, logistics provider, or receiving party.
If a customer refuses delivery, does not pay the COD amount, or cannot be reached by the carrier, the package may be returned, delayed, or disposed of according to the carrier’s local rules. In that situation, the sample order is not considered completed.
