At WITPAX, we’re equipped to handle all printing and surface treatment processes commonly used in the packaging industry. Whether you need embossing, foil stamping, UV coating, or any other specialty finish for your custom packaging boxes, we’ve got you covered.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Once we receive your inquiry, a dedicated team member will contact you via email or WhatsApp to discuss your specific needs. We’ll then provide a formal quote. After you pay a sample fee, we’ll create a prototype for your approval. Once confirmed, we’ll proceed with full production and shipping.
What is your lead time?
For orders up to 50,000 units without special processing requirements, we can complete production and ship within 15-20 days.
Is there any flexibility on your 500-unit minimum order quantity?
For standard rigid boxes, we recommend a minimum of 500 units to maintain cost-effectiveness. However, we’re open to discussing smaller quantities for unique products or if you’re willing to cover additional setup costs. Let’s chat about your specific needs and find a solution that works for both of us.
What certifications do you have?

Can you make packaging samples?
Yes, we create finished samples or structural-only samples per your designs and artwork. We charge a fee that’s later refunded in the production stage.
When do I receive a quote?
We typically quote within 24 hours of your inquiry. For urgent requests, let us know so we can prioritize. More details result in more accurate pricing.
What are your payment terms?
100% upfront for <$5k orders. 30% deposit, balance before shipment for >$5k orders. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and cards.
Have you worked with luxury brands?
Yes, we have long-standing partnerships with high-end EU and US brands. Due to NDAs we cannot disclose names publicly.
Do you have ready-made stock?
No, we exclusively do custom packaging tailored to clients.
How is shipping handled?
We partner with shipping agents to arrange seamless delivery by sea, and air. You can also use your own shipping agent.
How can I inspect orders?
We welcome you to visit the facility or conduct a third-party audit. If you are unable to visit in person, we also offer on-site video facility tours.
How are orders packed?
Shipments include boxes packed in sturdy outer cartons. We provide packing pictures upon request.
