Zane x WITPAX – Custom Candle Boxes

The Challenge

Zane, a new player in the candle-making business, needed custom packaging for their candles. As a first-time customer, Zane didn’t have an existing design and needed help creating one. WITPAX was tasked with designing a box structure and incorporating Zane’s logo.

Zane also faced challenges in choosing the right paper material for the box surface. They were unsure whether to go with coated paper or specialty paper. Additionally, they needed an internal tray to securely hold the candles and were looking for the best option.

The Solution

WITPAX worked closely with Zane to provide the best packaging solution:

  • Custom Design Development:
     WITPAX helped design the box structure and adapted Zane’s logo to fit the packaging design. This ensured that the final product matched Zane’s vision for their brand.
  • Material Testing:
     To help Zane make an informed decision, WITPAX created two sample boxes using coated paper and specialty paper. This allowed Zane to evaluate both options and choose the one that best suited their needs.
  • Internal Tray Options:
     WITPAX offered two internal tray options: one made from plastic and the other from cardboard. Zane was able to select the option that provided the best fit for securely holding their candles.

The Results

  • Refined Final Design:
     After reviewing the samples, Zane requested adjustments to the box size, logo placement, and the color of the small matchbox inside. These changes were made before final production.
  • Elegant Finishing Touch:
     WITPAX added a white silk ribbon to the internal tray, giving the packaging a more refined, elegant presentation.
  • Client Satisfaction:
     Zane was pleased with the final result. The packaging met both functional and aesthetic needs, enhancing their brand’s image. With the success of this order, Zane was confident in moving forward with future orders.
