     To speed up the prototyping process, WITPAX used digital printing for the first sample. This allowed Schiavello to quickly review the design, color, and overall look of the box. However, digital printing can cause slight color variations, which is why this was used primarily for fast testing.
  • Offset Printing for Accurate Color:
     For the mass production, WITPAX switched to offset printing using Pantone colors to ensure the precise reproduction of Schiavello’s special color. This method ensured that the final boxes matched the brand’s exact color requirements. WITPAX also photographed the Pantone color alongside the mass-produced boxes to visually confirm the color accuracy for Schiavello.
  • Foldable Rigid Box Design:
     WITPAX designed a foldable rigid box that was both premium in feel and cost-effective in shipping. The foldable design allowed for easy assembly and reduced shipping costs, while the high-quality materials used ensured the box still felt luxurious and sturdy.
  • UV Logo Printing:
