    For orders up to 50,000 units without special processing requirements, we can complete production and ship within 15-20 days.

    Is there any flexibility on your 500-unit minimum order quantity?

    For standard rigid boxes, we recommend a minimum of 500 units to maintain cost-effectiveness. However, we’re open to discussing smaller quantities for unique products or if you’re willing to cover additional setup costs.     What are your payment terms?

    100% upfront for <$5k orders. 30% deposit, balance before shipment for >$5k orders. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and cards.

    Do you have ready-made stock?

    No, we exclusively do custom packaging tailored to clients.

    How is shipping handled?

    How can I inspect orders?

    We welcome you to visit the facility or conduct a third-party audit. If you are unable to visit in person, we also offer on-site video facility tours.

    How are orders packed?

    Shipments include boxes packed in sturdy outer cartons. We provide packing pictures upon request.
