For orders up to 50,000 units without special processing requirements, we can complete production and ship within 15-20 days.

Is there any flexibility on your 500-unit minimum order quantity?

For standard rigid boxes, we recommend a minimum of 500 units to maintain cost-effectiveness. However, we’re open to discussing smaller quantities for unique products or if you’re willing to cover additional setup costs. What printing and surface treatment processes can you offer?

100% upfront for <$5k orders. 30% deposit, balance before shipment for >$5k orders. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and cards.

Do you have ready-made stock?

No, we exclusively do custom packaging tailored to clients.

How is shipping handled?

Shipments include boxes packed in sturdy outer cartons. We provide packing pictures upon request.

How can I inspect orders?

We welcome you to visit the facility or conduct a third-party audit. If you are unable to visit in person, we also offer on-site video facility tours.
